There are certain things that you associate with the Winter season. Off the top of my head, a few obvious ones might by Christmas, snow, cheesy songs going for #1 in the music charts and German markets.

For me there is something else. Something which is not associated with any of those that I just mentions. It's not festive or anything like that. It just seems to be something that mostly seems to happen around this time of the year. By which I mean roughly from December through to February, maybe even March, time.
