Come on the Lionesses!

It's only a week since the Premier League returned but Jess, Perrie and I will already be putting our usual rivalries to cheer on the Lionesses as they compete for the highest honour in the game in the land down under tomorrow morning. I know the girls can secure one more win and bring it home. 

And, a quick aside; fuck the Premier League and Sky for the utter contempt they have shown for women's sport by scheduling domestic matches in such close proximity to the women's World Cup final. It's shameful that so Lionesses fans could have to miss the biggest footballing achievement by this county for 57 years because of a pair of shitty corporations don't don't give a fuck about the fans that keep them in business. 

Regardless of whether had reached the final or not, its a clear demonstration of how they view women's football and how little they care about. The fact that the Lionesses have made the final, just brings it into sharper focus. 

Fuck Sky! Fuck the Premier League! And come on the Lionesses! Show the boys, who are apparently so much more important, how to get the job done and make us all proud.
