The festive season is upon us once more. It truly is my favourite time of the year because it is a time for all of us to show one another just a little bit more love, compassion and kindness.
In no year before in my lifetime, has that been more true than this year. With 2020 and 2021 decimated by a global pandemic many of us have suffered terrible isolation, unable to be with family and friends. Many of us have suffered great lose and sorrow. And many of us just need to be reassured that we are not alone and that we are really part of one big family.
For this reason, this year Xanar has tried to send us all a message of love and togetherness, reminding us that Christmas is a time for unite and spread a positive message to both our loved ones and complete strangers who we have never met before.
Although a simple gesture, hopefully this video can serve as a reminder to all of us that no matter where in the world we are, what race, religion, political leaning or sexual orientation we may be, we are all one people with one shared aspiration; to live our best lives.
