I swear I'm not making this up but apparently today is Make Your Bed Day, which promotes the benefits of making your bed every morning. I shit you not.
They really do have a day for everything now, don't they?
They claim that researchers have found that starting the day with a simply chore like this is good for your mental health by giving you a positive attitude going into the rest of the day and reduces stress by giving you one less thing to worry about.
I'm not entirely convinced but I suppose I better get to work...
